About the Creator of MuiNeBeach.net

This website (now recommended by Lonely Planet Vietnam 2007 and Lonely Planet's new Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam & the Greater Mekong) is owned and maintained by Adam Bray. An American; he arrived in Vietnam after touring Asia for several months. He planned to stay in Mui Ne for only a few weeks, but two years later he found himself firmly establed here.

Adam created this site out of the appreciation for his new adopted home and his friends who live there. It is his hope that by sharing the great depth of history, culture and natural beauty that Binh Thuan Province has to offer, he can inspire a greater appreciation in the local people and the visitors to this wonderful region. Its people, history, culture, environment and natural resources should be treasured.

Adam speaks Vietnamese fluently and is an expert on contemporary Vietnamese music, entertainment, and tourism in Binh Thuan Province and throughout the country. Adam has assisted as a location scout, production assistant and marketing consultant for filming in Vietnam, and has extensive contacts among the top singers, songwriters, models, actors and managers in Ho Chi Minh City. Adam has been featured in or written for a variety of Vietnamese publications, including Giai Dieu Xanh and eChip. Adam is a frequent contributor to ThingsAsian and a contributing author to their two upcoming guidebooks for Vietnam and Cambodia.
