The restaurant is arguably the finest restaurant in the town. There are four distinct dining areas; an indoor air-conditioned room with a coffee bar featuring gourmet Italian coffee drinks, an outdoor garden area, and two outdoor dining areas on the lower level with a spectacular view of Mui Ne Bay. 
From 06:00 until noon, Java/Baywatch serves traditional Vietnamese and Chinese soups for only VND 16,000 (US $1.00). Throughout the afternoon and evening, the restaurant offers an extensive menu with over 100 Vietnamese and western items, specializing in fresh fish and seafood brought in daily by the dozens of fishing boats docked just below the restaurant. 
Mui Ne Handicraft Shop
Adjacent to the air-conditioned dining room is Mui Ne Handicraft shop. Throughout the day, deaf children create sand art, a double amputee embroiders scenes from around Vietnam, a Cham weaver creates cloth on an ancient loom and a tailor makes clothing at bargain prices.
